The EXT series of Arieca’s TIMbber™ technology is an easy-to-use replacement of pure liquid metal for TIM2 applications.  It’s high thermal conductivity > 10 W/m·K makes it an ideal TIM for high BLT applications.

EXT is a non-curing emulsion optimized for easy dispensing and rework with current high-volume manufacturing methods.
